Address: 3800 Mykonos Lane San Diego CA 92130
When will my player practice? Why isn't the practice schedule posted before the start of the season for planning purposes?
Boys' teams typically practice Mondays and Wednesdays, and Girls' teams Tuesdays and Thursdays. We finalize the practice times the day after tryouts because only then do we know how many teams we have and what our coaches' availability is. Typically, our younger teams will practice earlier, and our older teams later.
What does my player need to bring to practices?
Please send your player to each practice with the following:
-refillable water bottle
Will my player need to wear their facial covering during practice?
All players and coaches need to wear their facial coverings throughout the duration of practice.
IF players are doing drills outdoors and can be spaced more than six feet apart, the coaches will then determine if it is appropriate for the players to remove their facial coverings.
IF players need to take a break and remove their facial covering, they will be asked to do so when they can be a safe distance away from other individuals.
Can I watch my player practice?
If you wish to watch your player practice, you will need to wear a facial covering and pass a temperature check and a health questionnaire in order to gain access to the courts. We will have a designated "parent waiting area".
We appreciate your cooperation and willingness to remain in the parent waiting area, wearing your facial covering, and social distancing throughout the entirety of your player's practice :)
What if I can’t make it to tryouts?
If your player is unable to attend tryouts on the day or at the time specified, please contact the appropriate program manager ASAP:
For boys, please contact Program Director DJ Gay at email@example.com
For girls, please contact Program Manager Natalie Hardy at firstname.lastname@example.org
If I have a credit remaining from a previous season (Spring/Summer 2020), how do I use it towards Spring 2021?
If you have a credit on file, it will automatically be applied towards your Spring 2021 season. In the case that your credit gets used up before the Spring 2021 season ends, you will be contacted, notified, and invoiced the remaining amount.
Ex. John has $100.00 of credit remaining after playing in Fall 2020. He registered for Winter 2021. The monthly fee for February is $125.00. On February 1st, John will receive an invoice totaling $25.00 to pay the balance remaining after his $100.00 credit was applied internally. John will then be regularly invoiced for the rest of the season.
If you receive an invoice with an amount to be paid that you believe to be incorrect, please inform Natalie as soon as possible.
Please contact Natalie at email@example.com for any questions regarding credits.
